Service terms
- By registering getBombUp, you accept all the listed terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. You are expected to read all terms and conditions before using this site and before placing an order.
- Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
- getBombUp does not guarantee delivery time for services. We provide estimation time for each services which are shown during placement of orders, however these are just estimated time calculated based on 10 previous orders to act as a reference. We will not be held responsible for any loss of funds, negative reviews or late delivery. Order at your own risk.
- Make sure to check the average time of each services before placing an order. We are not entitled to respond your request to speed up if the ordered service is slow.
- This is an automated server. Make sure to check the example link format in the service description box. Ordering with a different link format may cause the service to not be delivered, and the customer is not guaranteed a refill / refund. Be noted that incorrect link orders can be marked as completed by the server. In this case, there is strictly no cancel / refund for the ordered service.
- If you deleted/amended your username or private your page/URL after placement and completion of the order, do note that we are unable to refill, cancel or refund the order.
- Do not place several orders for the same link at the same time. Wait for the first order to be in "Completed / Canceled / Partial" status before placing the next order for the same link. If you place several orders for the same link at the same time, our server is unable to provide the actual order amount and we are not held responsible to cancel / refund for this matter.
- Our system will record the start count when you place an order and mark as "completed" after the target is achieved. We will not entertain reasons such as "Views / Likes / Followers originated from my real user, my fans, other seller, etc” and will not provide cancel/refund.
- We guarantee the followers / likes / views that we deliver. We do not provide a guarantee for the total existing followers / likes / views which you have or bought from other provider or attained organically. For example: If an order start count is 500 while the order amount is 1000, we only guarantee the delivery of 1000 followers / views / likes that was ordered. We are not held accountable for the total 1500 or previous 500 followers / views / likes.
- In the case where your order is marked completed, but the ordered quantity had dropped after delivery; or not delivered due to server issues, please create a ticket and wait for further actions (refill, cancel, partial) before placing a new one. If you placed new a order for the respective link without notifying us, then we are unable to solve the issue.
- After placing an order or after an order is completed, if orders dropped below start count then we are not entitled to start / refill / cancel / refund for that order.
- For drip feed orders, we do not provide any refill guarantee as drip feed works according to the service speed at that particular time.
- If any order faced a partial delivery from the server, then the order is not eligible for refill service, regardless of the service having 30 days or 1 years refill guarantee. It is unfortunate to say that partial delivery orders never get refilled. This is the server’s limitation.
- getBombUp will be used to promote your social media account and help to boost your "profile appearance" only.
- We do not guarantee new followers will interact with you.
- We do not guarantee all of our service accounts having a profile picture, full biography or any uploaded pictures, but we strive hard to make this happening for all of our service accounts.
- We reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients on any social media services that we provided.
- Most of the service start within hours, do expect few services that may take 24-48 hrs to start the delivery process. If you do not receive your service as descriptive, please contact support to fix issue. We are always online and will reply your ticket as soon as we can.
- Please read carefully for each service description before placing an order.
- There could be certain delays on order start time or processing due to updates / server overload / errors, please allow 24 hr for each service to start, and 72 hr to trace the result.
- Do not raise multiple tickets for the same issue, this will decrease our work efficiency and incease our work load.
Account Policy
We reserve the right to suspend / ban any account. No refund or account reactivation if an account got suspended / banned. Your getBombUp account will be banned permanantly due to the following reasons.
- After a deposit made, there is no way to reverse it. You must spend all your balance from getBombUp. If you ask for a refund repeatedly for your balance, we can ban you from using our site. You need to finish your balance on getBombUp once any amount is deposited.
- Fraudulent activity such as using foul language to our admin in replying messages / tickets on getBombUp or providing threat will lead to account termination.
- Providing threat for payment dispute or file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders or ban you from our site.
- Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
Refund Policy
- No refunds will be made to any payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance from getBombUp
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
- If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all your future orders, then ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to you or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
- Orders placed in getBombUp will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your getBombUp account if the order is not delivered.
- Misplaced orders or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Please confirm every order before clicking submit order.
- Do not use more than one server at the same time for the same link / URL. We cannot give you correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund for orders placed in that way.
- There could be an exception if the support will decide to refund.
- No refund will be made to erroneous orders such as wrong link, wrong amount, wrong intervals and all sorts of wrong ordering details.
